A fundraising Disco, Kareoke and buffet is taking place at Tommy Cheadles situated at Port Vale Football Club on Saturday November 3rd 7.30pm . The event has been organised by Mrs Phyliss Beckett, her assistant Yvette and the young people of a Newcastle Youth Club.We wish you success and thank you for your help and hardwork.

On October 14th 2007 Angela Caton a former breast cancer patient and a local Primary school headmistress is holding a "Pink Party" and donating all the monies raised to our charity. The party will be held in the church hall at St Mark's Church Basford at 3.pm please bring some food and spending money.   Update 1/11/07  Alison Poole, Mary Potts and myself attended with our familes. It was an afternoon of fun and laughter we all had a great time. It was very well attended and raised the sum of £500 a fine effort thanks to Angela and her family and friends. The money will help to purchase two foldaway beds for Ward 1 to enable the relatives of poorly patients sleep on a bed when staying overnight  instead of sleeping in a chair.

Philip Cope a member of 41 Club arranged a sponsored walk including members, their families, friends and others  The walk took place in the summer and the toal money raised is yet to be disclosed and presented

Carol Price another lady who had Breast Cancer arranged two events this year and very kindly raised £1,
